Leave the egg whites out to reach room temperature before you start whisking. It helps make them fluffy and it stays that way for a while.
Fill a large bowl with hot water. Then place the bowl of your eggs white in there to warm up the eggs faster. It usually takes 2-3 minutes to reach room temperature, so you don't have to wait.
Why is whisking room temperature egg whites better? I have never heard of that before!

I make my eggs fluffy by using a large whisk. Whisk in a circular motion to bring air into the egg whites. It doesn't take that long and isn't as time consuming as you think.

I use a whisk too! I usually start whisking slowly first. And then after a few minutes, I'll speed it up. Learned this technique from a friend and it works everytime!
